Batch deletes domain-level inbound allowlist/blocklist entries

POST/v2/messageRules/allowBlockLists/batchDelete

Deletes domain-level inbound allowlist/blocklist entries by a list of entry IDs. The type in the request must match the list type of the entries to be deleted.
