Bulk deletes members of a shared account
POST/v2/users/:id_or_email/sharedMembers/batchDelete
Bulk deletes members and their access relationships from the specified shared account. This API is reused in the self-service delegation scenario:
- The delegator/account owner can delete any delegated member.
- A delegate can only delete the member entry corresponding to themselves to remove their own delegation relationship.
